CRC Program Support Workshop This workshop will provide vital information to those exploring the possibility of developing and submitting a CRC or other major bid proposal in 2010 or beyond. It will: 1. Discuss key success factors in developing a competitive bid 2. Outline the proposed approach for the support and approval of CRC bid development for Round 13 3. Outline the next steps 4. Communicate key University policy principles in relation to budgeting, legal and governance structures
Whilst this workshop will be focussed on CRCs it will be open to other researchers/groups considering major project bids. This is because the issues addressed by many major bids are fundamentally similar, especially when government funding is involved.
For ‘CRC bid teams’ that are already under development, the Workshop may serve to provide additional information with respect to what is required for a successful CRC bid.
